This license governs your use of automation files ("Files") downloaded from Logic Synth AI Automation Vault. By downloading any File, you agree to the terms below.

What You Can Do

• ✓ Use Files in your own personal and commercial projects.
• ✓ Modify Files to suit your specific needs.
• ✓ Deploy Files as part of automation workflows you build for clients.
• ✓ Use Files across multiple projects and clients under one subscription.

What You Cannot Do

• ✗ Redistribute or share the original Files publicly or with non-subscribers.
• ✗ Resell or sublicense the Files as standalone automation templates or products.
• ✗ Upload Files to competing template marketplaces or libraries.
• ✗ Share your account login to give others access to the vault.
• ✗ Claim authorship or ownership of the original Files.

Client Work

You may use Logic Synth AI Automation Vault Files as part of automation services you provide to clients. You may charge for your implementation work. You may not sell the raw Files themselves as a deliverable — the value you provide is your configuration, customisation, and expertise.

Subscription Requirement

This license is valid only while your Logic Synth AI Automation Vault subscription is active. If your subscription lapses, you may continue to use Files already downloaded, but may not download new Files or access the vault.

Ownership

All Files remain the intellectual property of Logic Synth AI Automation Vault. This license does not transfer ownership. Logic Synth AI Automation Vault reserves all rights not expressly granted here.
