By accessing or using Logic Synth AI Automation Vault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Logic Synth AI Automation Vault provides a subscription-based library of no-code automation workflows for platforms including n8n, Make, Zapier, Voiceflow, and Flowise. Access to the full library requires an active paid subscription.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. License & Permitted Use

Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the automation files for your personal and commercial projects. See our License page for full details.

6. Prohibited Use

• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the automation files as standalone products.
• You may not share your account credentials or downloaded files with non-subscribers.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service's content in bulk.

7. Intellectual Property

All automation files, content, and materials available through the Service are owned by or licensed to Logic Synth AI Automation Vault. Your subscription grants you a limited license to use the files — ownership does not transfer.

8. Third-Party Services

The automations may connect to third-party platforms and APIs. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those services and obtaining any required API keys or credentials.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any automation will work without modification in your specific environment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logic Synth AI Automation Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
